By placing an order with OBSYR, you agree to the following terms.
ORDERS & PRODUCTION
All OBSYR products are made to order. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be edited. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact Printify Support as soon as possible. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because our products are made to order, returns and exchanges are not supported for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please report the issue within 30 days of delivery and provide the required photo proof. Eligible claims may receive a free replacement or refund in accordance with Printify’s applicable policy.
